Our Semillon is aged in french oak and has a crispness of preserved lemon and pear combined with a unique minerality. There is a subtlety and length to the back of the palate that will surprise. This Semillon is grown from a vineyard located on the former Cavendon tobacco farm overlooking the stunning views of Mt Buffalo.
